As the most splenderific film fans in the world you’ll all be aware that the Cannes film festival is currently in full swing celebrating film in all shapes and sizes. Beyond the Tim Burtons, massive promos for Gullivers Travels and the general feeling that 2010 is shaping up to be a pretty lacklustre year are a host of awesome little movies.

None more awesome and little than Crash! Bang! Wallow?
Telling the unknown story of what happens to a stuntman once CGI takes over his life, Crash! Bang! Wallow? is currently in competition at the Cannes 2010 Short Film Corner. And doing mightily fine. Directed by Jon Dunleavy and Keith Wilson-Signer, the short features poetry from Luke Wright and Joel Stickley. It also features the voice talent of one David Soul.
So get clicking below and weep for the tale of a stuntman trying to live in these modern CG times. And yes, we see the irony that its a CG tale.
